Do you offer in person or virtual services?

Currently, we offer in-person and virtual services which include phone and video counselling. To book an in-person session, please contact us.

Do you take insurance?

Our services are covered by many insurance companies. Currently we don’t offer direct billing.

How long are sessions?

We offer 50-minute or 80-minute sessions.
