Our Story
Himmat originates from our founder, Tavneet's mother tongue Punjabi meaning courage. At Himmat Counselling Centre, we honour the courage it takes to pursue and participate in counselling services.
We were founded in hopes of creating a safe space for intersectional identities to be explored. The first step towards change is often feeling understood and we aim to make that happen through our holistic person-centred approach.
